Can you share something about you that people might not know?
I trained in fine art painting before I went into law and spent my youth chasing the dream of being a poor artist living in a loft apartment. I now spend my free time photographing landscapes in remote places chasing ‘the light’.
What do you always carry with you to work?
Since the pandemic, a large storage box containing files and stationary, which I ferry from the office to home, and back again to the office.
How would your friends describe you?
I think they will say I am funny, quiet and hard working.
What is the thing you enjoy most about your job?
The most satisfying part of my job is settling difficult, hard fought cases for clients, and knowing the difference a good settlement will make to their lives.
What would you say to someone who is not sure about bringing a claim?
Clinical or medical negligence cases are not about someone making simple mistakes. Acts of negligence are errors or omissions that no reasonably competent doctor, nurse or hospital should have made. No one who has been harmed by negligent treatment should have to suffer in silence. If you’re not sure if you have a claim, get in touch and we can advise and guide you through the process.
