Girlings took on my case (after another firm messed up). The time, patience, professionalism and out right hard work Kate Kennell and her team put into my case was truly outstanding. A true testament to their work ethics and passion for what they do.
From the start, Girlings made haste on all the wrong doings from a previous firm, quickly acting in the sole interest of helping me get my case to the necessary stages that it should have been at the time my case was taken over. With perseverance, endless amounts of persistence and a great amount of diligence they maintained contact with me, ensuring I was always in the know of what was happening at any one moment. Despite the myriad of emotions I experienced through the case, they always remained calm, calculated and caring.
The result of all the hard work by Kate Kennell and her team resulted in a settlement for an accident that was truly life changing.
I would recommend Girlings without a shadow of a doubt, to anyone who has a Personal Injury claim. If anyone is indeed in need of professionalism, knowledge, advice, and a company who go above and beyond to get the best result for their clients then this is the company for you.
If Girlings take on your case, smile and know these professionals will get the job done.
Firstly I would like to express my biggest thanks to you both, Kate and Michelle. Without both of you working on the case we wouldn’t have been where we are today. At times I really felt we would never reach an end to this process but last week has proved we have. I want to say thank you for handling my case with professionalism, dignity and care from day one. This hasn’t been an easy process emotionally for me and your regular updates and management has been impeccable. You have finally got the justice and answers. Thank you for taking the time to listen and take the case forward and unpicking the errors that were made that I had felt for so long.
Thank you for all the hard work, advice, time and patience you’ve had to endure with helping me with my claim…what you have done for me and your endurance to smash my case is a true testament to your work ethics, dedication and professionalism. …I’d really like to just show my gratitude and appreciation towards you and the company. If everyone at Girlings works as monstrously hard as you have I can see nothing but success upon success for the company and an asset to any company you would make. So once again, thank you. You’ve changed my life and the lives of my family more than I ever could have thought possible.
