Raphaelle Davies

Solicitor

Raphaelle is a solicitor who is part of our Personal Injury team having qualified in May 2024. She joined us in September 2016 upon completing her Law degree, originally assisting with both personal injury and clinical negligence claims but now running her own exclusively personal injury caseload.

She acts on a variety of types of claims, including road traffic accidents, trip/slip cases, accidents at work and product liability claims.

She gained her Law degree in France with a distinction, studying French, English and German law. She subsequently studied to qualify as a solicitor via the new Solicitors Qualification Exam route while still working full time and successfully passed the exams in the first quintile, securing an 80% pass mark for her SQE2.

Prior to working with us, Raphaelle has gained valuable work experience in Germany and the Channel island of Jersey.

She is a highly capable, but also very approachable, member of the team. She regularly receives very positive feedback from clients, both in relation to the outcome she achieves on cases and also on the rapport she has with those who she is helping.

Her languages include French, German and Spanish (and fluent English of course!)
